This is not a normal winter. Given everything else going on, I would not be at all surprised if this is not a natural storm. It is extremely rare to get this cold in TX. In fact, it may be the coldest recorded temp. ever.

Winter? Wake up. You're not paying attention. Look up average temperature in texas in February. Then look at the current temps.
