Be that as it may, 24 (and counting) so-called American would could Trump by "Your Majesty" if it were so ordained.

They forget that this nation was created (and will be created again) by smugglers and tax-dodgers who thumbed their noses at imperious monarchic authority labels. So I will call Trump a mister or a president or a god-emperor at my sole discretion, not because someone else thinks I ought to.
