I used to be on TDW but haven't looked at it for well over a month. Today someone told me about this site, and it looks like my profile (from TDW) carries over. Forgive me if this is common knowledge here already (I did a search and didn't see anything)... Back on the Jan 9/10 weekend there was rumor that Pelosi was apprehended at the border trying to leave the country. This was immediately after she flipped out and tried to get nuke codes from Mark Miley. We never heard anything further about that, so maybe it was indeed just another rumor. Anyway, after reading that I was obviously curious to see if she showed up for work on Monday (Jan 11) so I checked the Congress website (live.house.gov) and saw that there was a stand-in acting as Speaker (Speaker Pro Tempore). After that it's been my daily habit to check the website, and to this day she has never acted in her capacity as Speaker. Usually, Congress will open session in the morning and she will be at the Speaker podium for the daily prayer and Pledge of Allegiance, and then, without anything being said, and nothing being stated on the minutes, she will step down and a different person (not always the same person) will step up and act as Speaker for the day. Usually you have to watch the live feed to see this happen because it isn't mentioned. Anyway, I've been sharing this info on Gab and Telegram, and I can't imagine that I'm the only one paying attention to this, but I just don't see anyone else ever talking about it. I can't for the life of me imagine a situation where she would voluntarily not be Speaker during the impeachment procedure; I have to assume that this is not voluntary, but imposed on her due to whatever is going on behind the scenes with her.

There were some videos that showed some women with badges ordering her around. I haven't seen anything new in regards to that but she still seems to be around and shooting her mouth off so I don't know what the truth is about that.

You don't have to watch it live, you can watch it after the fact. Yesterday (Feb 15) Congress was only in session for five minutes, and then adjourned until the 18th. As others have noted, it's not unusual for her to be absent at times, but what strikes me as odd is the fact that she hasn't been Speaker, on any session, for over five weeks now. That can't be normal.
It lines up with the rumor of her being apprehended at the border. Like I've been saying, too many coincidences!

This is a good observation but needs to be tempered with comparison to e.g. Jan-Feb 2019. It is typical for the Speaker to be absent for an entire day's proceedings on many unimportant days, and the fleeting honor of being speaker protem is distributed among one's frens like Swalwell. Pelosi did not appear in Congress from about 4 am on the 7th until about 1 pm on the 13th IIRC, when she gave the first speech in favor of impeachment, from her ordinary member seat. The shakedown probably occurred when she was ushered by the 4 ladies into a corridor (demonstrating knowledge of the Capitol complex, I add). A forcible ushing is a detention and a detention is an arrest even if the victim appears nonchalant immediately after (ROR). So I wouldn't read too much into there being a daily protem, but I would be interested if it appears very long-standing and if it contrasts with this time in 2019. The video logs should be available at live.house.gov for those who want to research further.
Also when we were discussing this back then some with LEO background pointed out that when the officers present are all the same sex as the person of interest it's usually because they expect to have to search the person and is as such down to cut down on accusations of sexual misconduct.

And especially this: Chapter 34, Sec. 6, of the House Practice guide to the Rules, Precedents and Procedures of the House says:

The ladies with the badges do not have Marshall badges....their badges resemble the Capitol police....HOWEVER, recall that we deputized a ton of national guard troops to have Marshall powers of arrest.
