Today was a big conference about a couple of election fraud cases where they heard evidence and will make a decision on if they will proceed to actually hear the cases or not. I would say the longer this goes the better the chance they will hear it as I would think if they are just going to punt it again, they would just come out and say it right away but that's just my opinion, on the other side of that, they could take a while to act like they actually took the time to look at the cases before they say no. I'm just going by their past actions and when they punted the cases they ruled pretty quick! My faith in the SCOTUS besides Thomas and Alito is slim to none!
My hopes have been up only slightly because remember how quick they booted the Texas case? I don’t think it ever made it to the docket. These cases have been on the docket since Jan
we may not know their decision for a full day or two
Don’t need to wait for Thursday we’ll know by Monday what way it’s going
