These are doctored. It was for a 2007 Photoshop contest for a website called FreakingNews.com

Still a funny picture but they are all shopped.

Obama and Osama was shopped from a picture of Obama after he won the state senate vote in 2005 from a picture with a attorney. It can be found on this website
