isn't he also quoted as having said, and I paraphrase "if you don't read the news you're uninformed, and if you read the news you're misinformed"
oh so true, or so it used to be. now we can find fairly accurate news if one looks hard enough and is discrening
"He who knows nothing is closer to the truth than he whose mind is filled with falsehoods and errors." ~ Thomas Jefferson
That would have been Mark Twain.....
It goes back to Jefferson, and from there to whoever he lifted if from. Truth abides.
Yeahn I've seen a clip of the interview where he said that.
When Denzell talks about the absence of Fathers in the black community he speaks truth.
Great interview!
I think Denzells main point is that too many children in the black community grow up without fathers and are left with no male role models other than what they find on the streets and it can be tied directly to the culture of welfare and incarceration that the Dems have been forcing down our throats since LBJ. Fathers are a stabilizing force in a childs life and without a father many children are left without direction.
We see this happening in the white and hispanic communities too. Its part of the long term plan the Dems have been using to destroy the family and hence the culture, leaving us all directionless and easily manipulated.
Baba Yaga, is datchoo???
I'll bet Denzel reads Larry Elder.
Big fan of Larry Elder.
I love Denzel, always have. He speaks truth!
Thank-you, sir.
That's pretty cool. I wonder if he actually said that. I hope so. I like it.

That's the clip about being uninformed and misinformed. Thanks for posting it though, fren.
Denzel is a liberal who occasionally says something right.
Can you confirm that he's a liberal? Been wondering.
I don't know how he votes, but his disgusting, blatant play of the Race Card was all I ever needed to hear...

"A whole lot of people in the country won't go to a movie I'm in because I'm black. Period."
I have always loved Denzel since he was on the show "St. Elsewhere". I can continue to enjoy his work as long as he keeps his political views private from his fans.
i didn't think he was based ??
