I post from the hospital. Last night, I had a heart attack. In order for me to be admitted for further help, I was forced swabbed up the nose. This scared me more than the heart attack; fyi I'm not old, no high cholesterol or fat, no reason they can identify for the heart attack. But back to the nose swab... please someone offer me words of comfort here I really feel so scared about THAT alone

Do you get enough magnesium and potassium every day?
I take magnesium will get some potassium per this suggestion
Make sure you ask the Dr. about the potassium. If you have fluid retention and are given Lasix you will automatically be prescribed potassium too.
Yes I will, good opportunity here in the hospital thanks for this
Oh also! https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=dr.+berg+heart+attack Learn, learn, learn and maybe never end up back in the hospital again. This guy is a fantastic teacher. You will find relief when you find out what caused your episode and you will learn how to never let it happen again. This is the key to health. No doctor wants you fully recovered because their isnt any money in cure.
Thanks again
You are welcome! Heal up quick. I'll say prayers for you.

Thank you doomer this looks like info I need!
I asked the cardiologist about potassium and he agreed and I'm getting some? so glad you shared this
Praise God! I buy a high dose potassium because most over the counter come in 99mg. If you have kidney disease, potassium can make it worse so please know that. Did they mention anything about decreased kidney function? Your doctor will know these things.
