I just read Roberts' dissent, and it was worse than I thought. So I consider the case 8-1 rather than 9-0 with a technical dissent on a minor issue.
What the hell is wrong with that dude. Even the lib judges didn't like, dissent. Did someone just downright spike his coolaid or something?

OFC but the leftwing judges should be voting the same way he is regardless of that; the fact that he's voting opposite to them is what is weird.
