So if they're bankrupt and they sign the 1.9T Bill, who is providing the $ for the stimulus chks?? Printed paper??? Heck, i can do that here @ home. And is this $ "Gold Bracked" funds??? Seriously, is CCP providing them the $ to continue this charade?
