Barlow worked for the CIA. Even taught classes for them. I wonder how all those Grateful Dead tree-hugging hippies got a hold of so much laboratory created LSD? How many kids just "disappeared" after a bad trip in the woods?

But yeah, Barlow was CIA, and he wanted to make your internetz good. Sure he did.
