I looked these up. The first half dozen results are all owned by the same company. I think it's just lazy reporting this time. Not that it isn't sketchy that they copy and paste so much. Just not sure this specific tactic extends beyond that media company at the moment, so I don't think we can assume a greater conspiracy without more evidence.
