I actually took a pic of one of my copies that wasn’t laminated and that’s what I uploaded . I made it long ago a year ago and made about 100 copies. I’ll check my comp and see if original copy is still on there . I can try to personally email you a copy or I’ll send in mail what ever you need let me know.
