It's not AF1 mate, the only time any aircraft from the Presidential fleet uses the callsign AF1 is when the President is onboard, or AF2 when the VP is onboard.
It is person specific and not aircraft specific, if a President is onboard a small Gulf stream it would then use the AF1 callsign.
That callsign SAM750 stands for "Special Air Mission 750" which is most likely top brass from the DOJ or the like.
Some confusion around this is because we have seen Harris today flying to LA in one of the Presidential fleet birds, using AF2 callsign which is correct. But many times we know Biden has been onboard a Presidential bird yet it DOES NOT use the AF1 call sign, all very strange and not protocol.
