Good question but I doubt it. The lower courts give Trump a big PR win and I'm sure he'd be happy if the election was overturned but the problem is the calendar. By the time any decisions made at the lower level are appealed to higher courts, the next election will be on us. With each passing day it becomes less likely he'll be re-inaugurated before 2024. I hope to God I'm wrong, but that's the way it feels. Consider, Trump is making a point of campaigning for pro MAGA candidates around the country. By making appearances he knows he'll get news cameras following him. So, he is staying visible with his chosen candidates. It's like he's letting Biden destroy things while giving potential voters a choice. You know who I am, I want you to vote for this person so they can help me in 2024. You have a choice to vote for the country's decline into 3rd world status or vote for me so we can restore American Greatness. All free advertising.
Thinking of the military more broadly, they might be the only way for the black hats to get the justice everyone wants. They might be called on to locate and arrest people who fled the country and court martial them for treason or sedition. They might be called on to free kids in underground locations. Things like that but not install Trump as President.
To me, it seems more plausible that he would need to run again, win, then clean up everything. A big job where he would need patriots assisting in Congress to help him achieve it. In it's current configuration, congress would be of little help. He gets more popular each day people get more angry at Biden and Congress.
The one caveat that could change things is if Biden is removed via 25th Amendment and replaced by Harris. I don't know if Trump or military would feel compelled to act because that would be 2 illegitimate Presidents from 1 stolen election. Biden is still held in quasi check by things he has said over the years. Harris is a much different story. She's a lightweight in a heavyweight position. Her ideology is further left and her taking office would be like hiring the entire Soviet Politburo as advisors of which she'd need plenty. That could be a bridge too far and the military might have to step in to protect the Constitution.
