You can take HCQ 200mg as a preventative once a week for as long as you like. If you get sick, step it up to twice a day for up to 7 days. With zinc of course. And take D3 every day anyway. And it's a good idea to take K2 because it works in combination with D3 to transfer calcium from your blood to your bones, thus preventing "hardening of the arteries" (atherosclerosis) and osteoporosis.
