What is up with this new Asian hate hysteria?

My grandparents are watching some MSM and I have no idea what this new Asian hate hysteria is about.

Even the most white supremacist people online typically have no problems with Asians so to me this seems like total bullshit as usual.

Well, Floyd's family got 27 million bucks and BLM has quieted down since Trump left office, so they have to pick another victim to elevate in the media.
