Pozdrawiam.. :) Slovak Pepe here.. been working out since my 17, I am in early 40s now, in pretty good shape, 230 lb of muscle.. never smoked, never drank alcohol, in order to keep up I started to limit starch and polycarbs..

I have a red LED lamp, never heard about the testicles therapty, how does that work?
