This is so high I almost think it's a typo. 14 million? I mean they are just letting everyone in now so how are these guys getting paid so much?

"Hey walk over there and these ten people and kids will follow you (or we shoot them, and you). Once they get released, make sure they hop in the wayfair truck, then we will give you 14 million. Then come back tomorrow for another 14 million?" Right...

Not saying it doesn't happen but if they know how much money is going into the bad guys pockets, then how come they can't catch them?
