You about have to go to a shipping port to get an idea of just how big the cranes are that are required. There are no mobile cranes any where near that size. Over 20,000 containers...my guess is the navy may try to use several air cranes to fly containers off if it is deemed necessary or a "rescue mission".
With the correct equipment, nothing is impossible... But in this scenario I would say it would likely be difficult. Do the ports offload the containers or is there a crane on the boat?
