the bow bubble on that boat is far lower and far deeper into the bank than you realize.
the backhoe is just for the cameras, it's not doing much more than giving them a little access for visual inspection.
someone on youtube did the math and it would take 13 of the biggest tug boats on the planet to pull that out (they did the math).
there's only one.
they have to dredge it out with a boom vac, it's going to take a while, and they will have to pick it apart with cargo choppers one container at a time if it's still too heavy.
What they need is an antigravity craft from the Space Force. That triangular one a kilometre long, which they floated over Phoenix back in the nineties (97?) would do. Phoenix lights anyone? (Maybe you are all too young. Fuck, I remember watching "Free" live at Liverpool. All Right Now.)

If you can remember the 70’s...it because you weren’t there.
Yea, I saw that video too!
I've watched a lot of videos on dredgers, mostly cuz I think those man-built Islands in Dubai are fascinating.
But my point is: I don't think Dredgers have ANY chance at doing this job. They are going to need to unload it.
