So the number 17 in a headline is now ABSOLUTE proof of Patriots in control now?
I think them finding illicit cargo is better proof myself but that is just me...lol

I agree. 17 does nothing to help prove anything.
But somebody had to give this number to the press. I agree 17 shows up everywhere we sometimes want to think it has meaning. But I think this one is deliberate.
Could you imagine being responsible for searching every container. A team of 100 would still take weeks if they have to be unloaded. And they are particular difficult to unpack, yep, got experience.
