I blew it up & flipped the “maritime chart” as I read it-(used to sail). I think it may be NY harbor & Hudson area around Manhattan?

I sailed all over Carib. Navigation my forte...I used to teach it. It’s hard to make out that chart but blown & inverted my take was around lower Manhattan but not sure.
