What a dumb post. Hell does not have open borders, it is a prison. There are the gates of Hell and Jesus specifically has the keys to it.

Hell's borders are strictly enforced both ways. No one in Heaven would be allowed in to take anyone out. People aren't entering Hell on their own volition by crossing a borderless prison, they are admitted in through the gates.
