During the Suez Canal blockage I posted that the captain of the 'Ever Given' remained unidentified. Here is an article specifically about the CREW of the 'Ever Given' and the captain is not mentioned. How the hell is that possible?!?! THE IDENTITY OF THE CAPTAIN OF THE 'EVER GIVEN' REMAINS A ???

Your assertion that the captain of the ship is not responsible for the ship and conveys command of the ship to the canal pilots (experienced as they may be) to navigate the canal is incorrect. True, two pilots board the ship at great expense to the ship's operator. However they give professional recommendations to the ship's captain (who by law must be present on the bridge) and give the actual orders to navigate the canal. Fren, it seems we have sources that present different narratives regarding the command structure of a ship during passage. I would offer in support of my argument that the ships insurance company, Lloyds of London, is set to pay claims up to $100 million. If command of the ship is conveyed to the canal pilots who are responsible to navigate the canal I would imagine Lloyd's of London would suggest that they are not liable for the blockage and subsequent monetary damages. Thanks for your input and your shared interest in this event, Fren.
You have a classy way of calling someone out or disagreeing without hyperbole. I will use this method too fren
Thank you, Macho_Maam. Your comment means a lot to me. We're all here just doing the best we can to understand.
Thank you for your articulate comment. It verifies what I heard from other's that have expertise in this area.
You're welcome, mac1221. I'm no expert but, I'm doing all of the research I can to understand why the identity of this captain hasn't been revealed. I'm not interested in busting this guy's (or, gal's!) balls, either. It is either a really good reason (white hats!) or, more of the usual from the MSM and they are in lock step to protect the captain's identity. If I were to hazard a guess as to why it would be 'diversity' over 'merit.' Same path the US Navy is currently on by all indications.
It is rather curious as to why this captain has not been thrown under the bus - unless the time is needed to concoct a story. Past shipping accidents have wasted no time in outing those in command as a scape goat. The fact that this captain is still under wraps is not the normal course of business for sure.
Captain was a diversity hire
Would be nice if you have a source for this.

Thanks for this. I will be careful taking this as the truth considering its on Washington post. Everything we have learnt about fake media makes me think that while this could be the truth, it could also be a spin - to what purpose I honestly don't know yet. I don't think any Anons have cracked the reason why the whole episode happened and the real truth lies in the real reasons for that.

Thanks.
