Every mammal for consumption or kept as pets is on a regular anti-parasite medication schedule. Humans are not. Why? We can eat the tainted meat (cow, pig, sheep, horse) and keep the possibly infected (dogs, cats, rabbits) animals in our homes but we are not advised to take the same precautions? We eat oysters and sushi. I’ve seen what’s in fish at a processing plant. Some parasites don’t eat the flesh until it’s host is dead so you don’t know fish have it until their caught and ready to be cut. A whole salmon can turn to mush. So why are we not treated for parasites if they’re everywhere?
