By those codes, people have the right to be fully informed and to give or deny their consent. If a person denies to give consent, and yet the employer insists they take it under penalty of losing their jobs, and then the person is injured by the vaccine, the employer can be held responsible under law.
The attorney general of New Mexico recently came out stating as much.
