So now everyone knows the MRNA corona vaxxes program the body to produce the prion for mad cow disease.

I mean...

No one knows that. Not one person. So why is the author saying "everyone knows it". That is classic disinformation and fear mongering headlining.

Looking up the two proteins (prion, spikeyboy) they appear to have absolutely nothing in common, at least in their size and tertiary structure.

If there are other similarities some evidence would be nice instead just letting me know that "everyone already knows it".
