I notice how the General smiles, pauses, and then gestures to ONE SIDE that THIS is a constitutional republic.

Seems to me that he's indicating, mentally and visually, a separation between the ideas of the corporation and the constitutional republic, by his gestures.

Which is what you want to do if that's the case: THEY live and rule in the corporation (fake world), and patriots live and rule (under God) in the real constitutional republic.
