BINGO GRINGO!!
Ironically, this is probably the greatest violation of someone’s human rights. This court is now even more irrelevant than is was prior to making this decision.
While this is an egregious violation of our inalienable rights, since vaccine data and testing can be proven to be flawed, this is not directly relatable to the coronavirus vaccines.
All of the vaccines they looked at are not experimental (whether or not they should be classified as such is a different conversation). It is because the coronavirus vaccines are all strictly experimental that they violate the Nuremberg code, which relates to human experimentation.
It is because mandating these vaccines would be a violation of the Nuremberg code that we are at least for now, still protected. The applicable crime for such a violation is "crime against humanity" which is one of the more egregious ones. So at least for now, I do not think this line will be crossed lightly. At the very least this court determination is not directly applicable.
This is not good! WTF!
I'm from the Netherlands, I can perhaps shine some light. The court in The Hague is the ICJ, is an organ of the United Nations. It is basically the criminal court.
The court of this post is actually the European Court of Human rights which is part of the European Council which is a treaty signed by most European countries including the UK and Russia. They deal with cases concerning human rights violations in the countries that are part of the Council.
Yes that's correct it only covers EU + some extra countries, you are spot on just thought I'd provide some context.
Thanks ! Good to know.
Oh hell no!
God help us.
The question is “are experimental biological drugs that have not been approved” legal to mandate? I believe that it is illegal (internationally) to subject human beings to medical experiments; which is exactly what the rona “vaccine” is.
as if I care what eurofags think
