The flood of illegals, the big baseball game in Texas, the states opening back up, it's all adding up to people realizing that it's a stupid scam.
Tennessee hasn't had a mask mandate for a while, but voluntary compliance was pretty high. Today I noticed a dramatic shift. A local gas station had 8 people in it, 7 maskless and one covidiot. My gym stopped the temperature check at the front door and not a mask in sight. The local grocery store was up to about 50% air breathers.
People might not appreciate how critical this is. Noncompliance removes Bidan's ability to somehow attribute the drop in Covid false positives to his ridiculous double mask and hide under the bed policy. They are completely losing the narrative.
Blue state, even bluer city (Chicago) here. You have no idea what we’re up against here, some of these people are legitimately insane. Your words give me courage but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t scared as hell to start attempting this.
"We have nothing to fear but fear itself"... Realize this fear comes from conditioning that has been going on since March 2020-Be angry they succeeded in influencing even you...
Start small wear the mask on your chin
I used to live in Chicagoland; I get it. People are mean and not afraid to get in your face. I once had a grocery cashier yell at me loudly from across the aisle for being pregnant at Dominick’s in Glen Ellyn. Not fun.
Chicago here. The smartest people I know are totally brainwashed into the "it's just science" or "it's just selfish not to" narrative. It's unbelievable. The only time I really put a crack in their armor is when I asked, "If this is a real thing, then explain to me why the casinos in Rosemont have continuously stayed open but the churches and temples are closed. People are literally going from slot machine to slot machine, playing cards, touching their mask, the cards, the slots, their mask, rinse repeat."
I hear you! What I fear is this city is going to start taking that same mindset and start applying it to vaccinations. That’s my personal line in the sand. If I start getting coerced or even forced to take that thing because “it’s selfish not to”, I’m gone. Been a fun time here out of college but the last 4 years have really opened my eyes to the type of individuals that live in cities.
Just have it on the tip of your tongue: "Doctors said not to wear it, thanks."
Look them right in the eye, don't blink, and say the magic words, then walk by.
