What app or platform do you recommend for a total newbie with little to invest?

For some reason, I can't buy this on Fidelity, Webull, or SoFi for some reason. I assume TD Ameritrade is working?

For most regular trading I like SoFi but they are on a huge delay and it's a very casual trading platform. For more serious investments I am on Fidelity and for Ticker and advanced viewing I have a small Webull account.

You have to enable penny stocks on Fidelity. It's easy, all you need to do is enter a code they send via text.
