Genetics plays a huge part Germanic / Scandinavian ancestry DEPENDED upon cheese, sausages and dried fruit/grains to survive the brutal winters.

Lactose intolerant babies simply died. That gene was bred out brutal by nature.

We paid the price with untold lives. Not our fault others have lactose intolerance. They didn’t pay the price
