apparently nearly all of the criminals that get shot by the police have a problem with listening to simple orders. maybe their parents and the commoncore schools need to teach the thugs how to not commit crimes and actually contribute to society rather than live for nothing more than to take from it. good riddance!!! 'tis time to cull the herd.
