Many homes in cities will have chlorine in the water, especially city water. That's why anyone not on well water in the county should use water filters. With that said, many homes have tap water that could kill the virus.

Sunlight can also kill this joke of a virus. If people ignored the criminal government lockdowns and went outdoors a lot then there would be few, if any, so called covid infections.

Even in my free state of FL, I still see plenty of morons wearing masks in stores. There's no enforcement of masks though at most places and those places are ones I've chosen to no longer spend money at.
