They’ve been teetering on the brink for years, fingers in all the wrong pies, CEO changes, mixed up with Epstein, LdR , VW/ Audi and god knows what else.

I had a German stay with me 5 years ago who worked for a German Economy concentrated bank, he told me that it was on life support then and since then they have been exposed for more shenanigans.

All the big experts have it as the big bank most likely to fail.
