That's where my fam is from. They are concerned of Covid, but life goes on. Hospital personnel wear space suits, test, and segregate the infected from rest of hospital. They've seen a lot worse in the last 100 year.
Belarus and Russia have lived through communism, have rebuilt there economies, and shipped to Bolsheviks back to Israel. They know evil when they see it.
