CO just made multiple testing rounds of the EBS with their new features of sending links and verbalized messages.

No, the statement, paraphrased, was that it was testing new measures with the EBS, having vocal option and providing links.
I would assume so, since there isn't much link otherwise tied to emergency messaging.
Again, could just be tests, but wanted to put it out there.

I'm in edgewater...no ebs on my phone. I just got a new phone and couldn't find anything to turn it on or off. Also I haven't had any amber alerts in I think a year.
Could it be because Norad is located in Colorado? I'm sure having one of the most high profile targets in your backyard dictates that the military want to make sure the EBS is functioning properly.
