Shit analogy, but I see these geese attack videos, and all I think is a goose is 1/3 neck, why not just grab one hand near the head the other hand anywhere lower and twist until you got dinner.

Now, knowing as little as I do about medicine I feel like there is some leeway, but thinking of the force needed to decapitate a baby. A broken neck, or other complications that kill the baby are probably rare. I can't think that there wouldn't be some governor that stops you before that point.
