I've given up sports (NBA, MLB, NFL and NHL), TV, Hollywood and Music completely. I have so much extra time now to do much more interesting things (hiking, bird-watching, internet research, alternative news, GA). I read the Bible more and meditate on spiritual things. I am actually healthier than I have ever been. It is great to release yourself from the bondage of the Deep State. They have made us prisoners with all their mind control garbage. God bless you.
I've always loved the outdoors but this past year I've chosen to shop less and waste less money.
My wife and I enjoy going to parks, walking around, watching the wildlife. I drive less now days and have been walking to nearby places instead of driving.
The main park we go to is only like 1.2 miles away so it's a short walk and about 2 miles to walk around the park one time so not too bad.
I'm not religious or spiritual but anyone that is, taking time to relax and read, meditate, whatever you choose to do, can be very good on the mind and body.
Stress is one of the worst things to our health so whatever things help take us to that peaceful place is good.
I like watching the alligators and turtles since there are many of those in south FL, common thing to see. I like feeding the ducks, birds, squirrels and just relaxing.
Whether this planet is a natural thing from what science says or made by god, it doesn't matter because this planet is a wonderful thing. People get too caught up in work, making money, doing this or that, always go go go and rarely taking time to enjoy what we really have here.
Many animals are the purest things on the planet though, far better than humans. They don't have motives or agendas, they're not out to screw you over or get what they can get from you.
Humans could learn a few things from animals actually. Just enjoy life, enjoy whatever you can. I understand some people are in the huge cities that are more like concrete jungles but even those cities have parks with some bit of nature to enjoy.
It's a great way to relax and unwind, forget about life's problems for a while.
