$545,000 - 3br 2,236 sq ft. is considered upscale?
Where I'm at in Canada, that kind of money will get you a 1 br. 600 sq ft. apartment. I wish I were American. I'd be down to live in Florida.
It's just the area, it's a small town with not a lot of traffic, mostly locals and some snow birds, the property values differ a lot from different regions of the state.
Go to a legal port of entry and claim "asylum! LOL
