There is no such thing as guilty by association. Trump has all kinds of associations I could list that are very damning. Yet I'm fairly certain he is on our side.

If you have other evidence than him being part of a group decades ago, please present it.

Do you have evidence of this judge being bad OTHER than his association from a couple decades ago with Perkins Coie?

More specifically:

In 1992 Judge Martin joined Brown & Bain (now Perkins Coie) as an associate. He left Brown & Bain in 1996 to join the firm of Bonn, Luscher, Padden & Wilkins

So 30ish years ago he was part of a group that is bad. He was with them for 4 years and moved on. Is that your only evidence?
