Do they test for a minimum IQ before people get to run for congress? I think the bottom line would be what, 90, for politicians? No test though... but she would have failed by maybe 6 points....Omar and Maxine Waters are prime examples of even stupider people in office. And the other 'tard? Her name escapes me. Our "leadership" is a monumental joke. A Chyna joke. On us.
