So many ways counterfeiters can work around security measures. Keep a strict tally of the number of Absentee Ballots. Do not count more than the number sent out.

So long as you layer your security measures, it becomes increasingly more difficult to counterfeit.

People still do a shit job of counterfeiting our money.

Seems only right. We have watermarks (and other security measures) all over our fiat currency, and also paper checks, and no one bats an eye about that or goes reeeee reeeee reeeee about some vague racist objection. The only group that is bothered by this is counterfeiters.
