I was wondering if there was any way possible for our special operators to intercept the vaccine from the manufacturer in transit and replace it with an inert substance

I have a suspicion and have read some of the vials are normal saline or something like it. It might look too suspicious if every senior housing had 20 deaths after vaccination. Of course the1% and whoever they care about are getting fake shots.
