Another facet of this, if there is a religious reason to cover one's face, could it be argued there is a religious reason to NOT cover one's face, sighting the baker's ordeal, that an individual has religious freedom/freedom of conscience. Are states issuing ID's with faces covered by faith based garments? I have never seen one, just heard they were.
