This threat of OSHA involvement can be enough to sway many a company to NOT require the jab.

It is against Federal Law for any employer to mandate an Emergency Authorization Use vaccine. But some say this may end up in court.

Employers need to think twice..they will be held accountable for any injury or death from mandated vaccine.
They will end up dying when the next virus hits so what difference does it make?
