I wonder what memo will she email to herself 10 minutes before Biden is ousted-arrested by the Military for election fraud treason? 120+ Retired Generals who just wrote a letter to Biden about his illegitimate presidency for crimes and mental capacity should be laughing at Rice just about now. They know all about her 'by-the-book' bull cr*p! She has expended that weak tactic! I guess Rice is in the 'batter's box' for next week's fake news narrative...
