If you tell them you are vaxed and they find out who your doctor is and HE tells them if you are or not. That is a violation of HIPAA.

It's no business of there's who my doctor is. Dr. UpYours cannot legally release that info without you signing a release to specific individuals PHI. For instance, I have a release on file for my doctor to be able to talk to my daughter in regards to my medical information. Not like I wouldn't tell her anyway.
