The health director of Los Angeles looks like a female version of Herk Harvey in "Carnival of Souls."

(One of those terrific classic old horror movies made on a shoestring budget and bashed out in a few weeks. Of particular interest to me since parts were filmed around Salt Lake, where I live.)
