Those 4-6% will always remain asleep. That's why Q had said they're lost to us. Don't waste the effort. Those are members of the gene pool we should want gone. The future isn't for everybody, especially them. We need as clean a gene pool as possible if we're going to prosper in the future. So, eliminate the corrupt among us and their die hard true believers.
